🚨NEW PRODUCER

We’re proud to announce our partnership with @voltaestate in Prince Edward County. This is the latest small-batch, cool-climate family winery that should be on your radar.

Sourcing from some of the most renowned organic and sustainable vineyards, including parcels from famed viticulturalist and vineyard manager Edgar Ramiraz’s own estate.

These are some of the best representations of PEC we’ve tasted, and excited to see such innovation and experimentation. There’s a place for both doing things the old fashioned way (hand-picking, amphora aging) and futuristic technology (it’s a geothermal facility with a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada partnership).

Happy to announce that we’ll be hosting a winemaker’s dinner on July 14th, featuring @boschendalwines!

Cellar master Jacques Viljoen will be in town for I4C, and we’re taking the opportunity to host a dinner at The Vintage Conservatory on King St W. If haven’t been, it’s a beautiful, wine-focused space and the food is great. We’ve been hosting quite a few tasting events and dinners there and it’s been a great experience every time.

If you’d like to join us, dinner is $200 per person, inclusive of service and taxes, and includes sparkling wine and a 3-course meal with wine pairings, with Boschendal’s Elgin wines and Black Angus on the menu.
