Signs from the universe all around 🙏🫶✨ Gratitude post ❤️ 9/29/25, I had a fall in the mountains I enjoy exploring. A lot of fear and uncertainty in those days, but I’ll never forget the love that surrounded me from my people. Thank you to ALL who showed up, the check ins, the messages, the prayers, the encouragement.. it truly carried me through some very challenging days. Recovery has been a journey! But I know I didn’t walk it alone 🫶 One year later, ya girl is here. Moving, healing, living, and soo incredibly blessed and grateful. Looking for race suggestions 👀 Big shout out to the volunteers with @inyosar for their remarkable rescues and all that they do. Please please consider donating to help them continue saving lives 🙏❤️ (# 19) I received this message from Luke, the trail angel who was able to stop me from tumbling further down the mountain (blue jacket). Every action we take has a ripple effect. I hope this message inspired anyone to believe that even after life changes in an instant there can still be soo much beauty ahead. Keep spreading love and kindness because the world needs more of it ❤️❤️ #liveinlove by @liffsimply
