Unveiled: Volume 01

ON THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING, FRIDAY MARCH 20, @thisisgourmetgab AND I CO-HOSTED A MULTI-SENSORY EXPERIENCE FOR ELEVEN GUESTS AT @katzman_art_projects

DESIGNED AROUND THE IDEA OF ART, AND AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR PRACTICES AS AN ART FORM, THIS EXPERIENCE EXPLORED A SINGLE MOMENT IN TIME, INTERPRETED THROUGH FOOD, WINE, ART, AND FLOWERS.

ACROSS THREE COURSES, THE TABLE EVOLVED. EACH COURSE REVEALED A NEW LAYER OF FLAVOUR, FORM, AND FEELING, INVITING GUESTS TO SLOW DOWN, OBSERVE, AND BE FULLY PRESENT.

THIS SPRING, LI FJUR RELOCATES TO VANCOUVER, EXTENDING THE STUDIO’S WEDDING, EVENT, AND FLORAL DESIGN PRACTICE TO THE WEST COAST.

THE MOVE REFLECTS A NATURAL EVOLUTION OF THE LFJ STUDIO, ONE SHAPED BY PLACE, PACE, AND INTENTION.

THANK YOU TO OUR HALIFAX CLIENTS, COLLABORATORS, AND COMMUNITY. YOUR TRUST, SUPPORT, AND SHARED COMMITMENT TO THOUGHTFUL DESIGN HAVE BEEN INTEGRAL TO LI FJUR’S GROWTH AND DIRECTION.
