3 year progress ✨

Same leggings.. 3 years apart.

This is the first time I’ve put two pictures side by side to see my progress. I have been so hard on myself lately for not getting in the gym as much. I had some major changes, it honestly has been a big adjustment (in all aspects of my life).

Sometimes we get so focused on what we’re doing wrong, we forget to praise just how far we’ve come. Next time you find yourself tearing down what you’re doing, try to give yourself some grace. 💗💗
