Bañando en las aguas celestiales🏔

Thankful for all the beautiful places along the journey

All the powerful individuals who I call my friends and family

Life lessons that come with spending time together (and apart)

We never learned to walk and talk alone, we are communal beings built piece by piece by ones who love us.

Its our responsibility to honor the ancestral framework within our being.

We have the ability to make our own contributions to the genetic imprint!

Ecuador with soul fam✊🏽
Connecting with our original essence

Living in the jungle
with the @plantcestors

Exploring Pachamama on the daily receiving guidance along the way.
She said she would take away doubt and fear because we ARE everything that we need!

Unity is Natural

I’ve been in Ecuador recently exploring the land, building my tribe and connecting with my roots.

My family had moved to Canada only two generations ago. My great grandma is currently 96 and still has her memory.

My ancestors walk with me in the physical.
I honor them with respect for life
Not this artificial modern living
but in harmony with the earth

Im relearning the ways that have been systematically hidden from our ancestors.
Cultivating healing for current and future generations
requires us not only to regenerate our selves but the EARTH!

In the heart is where culture dwells
Because it is connected
To the rhythm of Pachamama
So let us heal her
in the soil, the seeds, and the fruits
in the spices, fabrics, and music

How do you connect with your culture?

What role does Nature have to your culture?
