I’ve spent the better part of the last decade developing an intimate relationship with the Akashic Records.  The more time we spend together, the more I see them as one of my greatest allies in creating the life of my dreams.  We’re linked arm in arm, doing this whole damn thing together.   It was never a one-stop shop. Sometimes I have to level up before I’m ready for the next assignment. Sometimes I have to do the homework they’ve already given me before they’ll show me what’s next.  And every time I meet them as the newest version of myself, we’re able to go even further than we could before.  That’s part of the magic of learning to work with the Records yourself. You’re building a relationship that can continue to deepen as you do.  I’m getting ready to share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes. Join me for a fun collaboration with Amy from @lightlyguided on Saturday 1/11. In this Numerology Writing Circle, we’ll learn all about the energy of the year 2025. For us numerology newbies, Amy will offer a quick intro before diving into the themes we’ll encounter this coming year. Then I’ll offer writing prompts around those themes. The prompts are meant to serve as inspiration - an invitation to write whatever comes to you, whatever needs to be written in the moment. Spoiler Alert - the theme is largely around letting go - a very juicy theme for creative writing. One of the things I love about writing to prompts is that it is the very practice of letting go. So just by writing together in this circle, we’ll be getting into the energy of 2025. And we’re sure to make a few discoveries along the way.

No pre-writing necessary. We’ll write together in the circle, everyone will get a chance to read (reading is always optional), and we’ll respond to each other with positive, supportive feedback. Then we’ll close the circle by celebrating all of the space we’re making for something new to come in. No writing experience necessary - just a willingness to play.

Post-eclipse vibes ✨

Two minutes before I stumbled upon this majestic fairyland, I felt a tinge of sadness that all the cherry blossoms were falling off the trees.

Blossom season is always my favorite time of year and I was sad that it was coming to a close.

And then I saw this.

Suddenly the idea of fully intact blossom trees seemed so basic. They were far more beautiful in their process of shedding and releasing.

And they were creating a literal work of art around them.

Take a cue from nature…

🌸 Don’t hold onto anything too tightly.

🌸 Let what must naturally fall away do so easily.

🌸 You never know what’s coming next. 🙌🏻

Lately, I’ve had many women coming to me wanting to explore potential new careers beyond their current unsatisfying 9-to-5.

⚡️They want to go to sleep on Sunday nights feeling at peace about their coming work week.

⚡️They want to feel lit up by what they do.

⚡️They want to be creative, and working in their zone of genius.

⚡️And many of them want to be in service to others.

I left my corporate job in 2019, and it was the best decision I ever made. The level of euphoria I felt the week after I quit was unmatched by any other event in my life.

My soul was screaming in celebration.

But I didn’t make that choice flying blindly. I had the Akashic Records to help guide me through that process.

The Records helped me explore the path ahead, gave me a more expansive vision and thus the unwavering trust to take the big leap.

Because I’m on the other end of this process, I am absolutely OVERJOYED when women come to me wanting to explore this potential life change.

The Akashic Records are SO helpful in navigating this transition and I love to hold space and bear witness to these women wanting more for themselves and asking these brave questions.

Yesterday I entered my 46th year on this planet.

When I worked in advertising, I used to be shy about sharing my age with people because it was a young person’s industry. I thought if people knew my age, they would see me differently. And I realize now, all along it was just me telling myself a story about my age. A story that wasn’t true.

Now, I feel proud to share my age.

I’ve lived a lot of life
Seen and witnessed so much
Collected so many incredible experiences
Connected with so many wonderful humans
Cultivated so many fulfilling relationships
Done so much inner work
Moved through many iterations of self
And developed so so much wisdom along the way.

And yet
I feel like I’m just getting started.

There is still so much more to explore, experience, learn and create.

I feel youthful, vibrant and the healthiest I’ve ever been.

There is more energy and space than ever to take life to the next level.

Women are having babies in their 50’s
Starting new careers in their 70’s
Finding themselves in their 40’s

What else is possible?

The last one is my favorite. 🤩

Surrendering doesn’t mean giving up.
It just means getting out of our own way
And letting the universe take the reigns.
Because what is planned for us
Might not make sense to out human brains in this moment.

So wherever we can create a state of:

Less seeking, more allowing
Less rigidity, more openness
Less thinking, more feeling
Less force, more flow
Less questioning, more trust
Less pushing, more unfolding

And always operating from our heart space…

We will be much closer to getting there. 🙌🏻

Proof that I exist in real life. 💁🏼‍♀️

I’ve been feeling called to share my face more and my story which admittedly is not easy for me. So here goes…

When I look at this photo I see a happy and healthy woman. I also see a woman who has made a series of difficult decisions in the last five years (leaving a marriage that was no longer in alignment, selling her dream home, leaving a comfortable job and 20 year career, standing up for what she believed was right for her own body and health, speaking out loud what was true for her even when she knew it would not be well received by everyone in her life).

All this has resulted in a complete dismantling of the life I once knew, which has been terrifying, uncomfortable, and at times, extremely lonely. But as I found the courage to dismantle one thing, it became easier to dismantle the next. And once all these things fell away and space was created, new, more aligned opportunities, people and experiences flowed in effortlessly.

I learned how to be in constant conversation with my intuition and how to make decisions based on how things felt in my body. I learned to say no when things didn’t feel good or in alignment. And I learned how to take care of myself, and take care of myself really damn well. And when I looked in the mirror, a happier, healthier version of myself reflected back to me.

This last year I’ve been focused on creating new foundations in every aspect of my life so I can operate from a more grounded place and create more space for creativity, ideation, building, and FUN. It’s been a long process of trial and error but I feel like I’ve finally cracked the code and am getting ready to teach it to others.

Get ready for more to come on ways to build more ease in your life, how to reduce the chaos, and create a life that feels in alignment with what your soul is longing for. 🙌🏻✨💃🏼 by @lightlyguided
