My new EP “What Doesn’t Steal You” is out everywhere now. Couldn’t be more proud of a batch of songs that otherwise would’ve been unfinished demos on a hard drive somewhere. This record has felt refreshing in ways that are hard to describe. From the beginning demos to the finished product, this is the most “me” I’ve felt depicted through music in a long time. Come here the songs live on 6/25 at Oblivion.

Engineered/mixed: @christopherdwyer
Co-produced: @clayton_stevens
Mastered: @zach_tuch_
Promo photos: @natezoeller
Album photo: me
Additional vocals: @jeremyxbolm & @aylaochoa

Thank you and love you all. by @lightoncelost_

The best day of my life. Wouldn’t have had it any other way that perfectly encapsulated how we would’ve done this. Thanks to our close family and two friends who were there to share this day with us.

Now and forever. I’ll love you always Ayla. taken in Santa Barbara County Courthouse by @lightoncelost_

My new EP “Specific Fears” is finally out everywhere. What started as a small idea for a little side project while I was home from tour ended up consuming the last ten months of my life. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and I’m so excited for it to finally be experienced through other eyes and ears.

The EP was tracked completely in my apartment from start to finish. The entire thing was written, performed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by me. Thank you to all of my confidants that I trusted with the early stages of mixes and for all of your notes and opinions. All of your words meant the world and helped mold this record to what it is now.

The Specific Fears music video was directed, shot, and edited by me with additional camerawork from Sean Sakamoto and Ayla Ochoa. Thank you both for always being down to help with my crazy ideas that sometimes don’t work out, but I think we did okay this time around. I also owe a huge amount of gratitude to Samantha Arias for being willing to stand in front of the lens for it and be outside her comfort zone. You absolutely killed it.

I also want to thank my new friend Daniel Topete for hanging out in the valley with me and taking some of the best promos I’ve ever seen. You’re a master of your craft and I’m thankful to know you.

The debut of this iteration of Light Once Lost will be on 11/8 in LA. Maybe I’ll see you there. Enjoy. taken in Los Angeles, California by @lightoncelost_
