On a quest to help balance the body!

As we are all physical, emotional, and energetic beings, I aim to put words to the blurry feelings while helping you reset your energy and light up your spark so you can walk your path with a clearer vision.

Je travaille aussi en français pour ceux qui se sentent plus à l'aise dans leur langue maternelle 🇫🇷

I'm not here to tell you what to believe.

I am here because I got curious about what exist beneath the surface and I want to explore that with you, if you are curious too!

And if you are like me, head in the cloud, not remembering the fine details, grab your note app and type down those incantation, spells and decree!

Be a tech savy witch! 😉✨️

What matter is doing it with intentionality

It doesn't HAVE to be 20 minutes, 5 minutes is also enough to start your day on the right foot.

Take a moment

Pause ⏸️
Inhale 😌
Exhale.... 💨

I've often left situation go on for longer than I should, knowing full well that I wasn't happy or fulfilled while in them. And the reasons behind it was mostly being scared of what others would think of me if I dared change.

But I've realised that if I leave someone else behind the wheel of my car they will be taking the safest route because they don't know what my car is capable of, but if I decide to take the wheel, well I'm taking myself on dirt road adventure and it is so much more exciting, and the view much more interesting!

So what will it be for you, being driven or the dirt road adventure?

I've been a busy bee 🐝 this week between work and moving house!

Day 15

As I am sitting there during my 20min of nothing a wave of happiness and deep gratitude washed over me.

Starting a new chapter in a new home that we are arranging the way we want, giving me the space to expand and practice what I love!
Ps: healing room decoration incoming! ✨️

Meeting new people in our new area and growing closer bond with friends! 🥰

Busy day and wanting a cheeky wine to end it but first... 20min of nothing

Day 15

Monkey mind and to do list has been running the show intensely throughout this session!
But I've pushed through, observing the thoughts and letting it pass like the train at the station coming and going without jumping on any of them!

I'm back witches! 🧙‍♀️

Day 14

After missing a couple of days because of the house move, I've jumped back on the horse and it felt so good! I had missed that little quiet appointment with myself.

Made me think how when we establish a routine with ourself and miss a few days, it can feel like a setback, but for myself, this time, I decided not to take it seriously, I am only human after all and putting pressure on ourselves do more harm than good!

So here I am showing back up after slipping out. With a little encouragement kiss from my partner.🥰

Life has officially taken over!

In and amongst house move and social events I managed to squeeze in a 10min of doing nothing today!

For the curious one 👀

The eel in question was a metaphore of some buried trauma that was blocking me from moving on.
As it would resurface every so often as a reminder without allowing me to process it fully, because it would slip back into its hole as quickly as it had appeard!

That session helped me being aware of that situation and on top of intuitively removing the metaphoric eel, it allowed me to process and work on the situation to finally free me from it!
