You finish a presentation at work and you feel anxious until your boss says, Good job, you did it right.

OR

Which situation feels better?

The moment someone validates you by saying you are right, it silently implies they also possess the power to make you wrong

And defining something right and wrong is a judgement.

I am not saying that don't listen to what others have to say about something but don't make yourself wrong.
