Great visual representation of a B class vs M class run that shows how small time losses add up over a stage.
Exact same hits, same miss on steel, and similar draw times. Both smooth runs with no fumbles
The difference comes in the split times, transition times, and shot to reload initiation. All these small time losses add up to 1 second difference by the end of the stage. Over confirming hits was a big reason in the added time to these things.
You just gotta send it and trust your making your hits.
That’s going to be my biggest focus moving forward in training and upcoming matches until I find a good balance between speed and accuracy.

I’m tired of hard work, can I just buy GM classification 🤣 by @lightwork_shooting

I’m getting really good at consistent mediocrity with sporadic moments of greatness 🤣. ⁣
All in all a weekend with high highs, funny lows, and some great competition with awesome people. ⁣

Another awesome, hot, fun, and a little frustrating match day. Got to start by shooting the entire first stage with my rifle dot off because I forgot to turn it on. Still had a surprising amount of decent hits regardless lol. Also PSA don’t try and tighten a hot suppressor with your bare hands. It does not feel good 😅 Overall a great day of shooting and more things to try and improve @shootwithaegis @pcs_league taken in Texas Shooting Academy by @lightwork_shooting

Don’t wait till you think you good enough. You’re never going to be. The only way to get better at something is to just do it.
I’m glad I finally made the jump and just started. It has continued to be a very humbling experience that keeps pushing me to get better.
4 matches down and I still suck. If I can do it, so can you.

I made this page to keep a record of my progress and hopefully connect with others in the community.
