POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

September is bringing such a powerful wave of transformation and shifts for all of us.🔮

It’s also the month of my solar return. I’ve never been much of a fan of the word "birthday"—we are only truly born once from the sacred womb, and each year after is a gorgeous full circle around the sun. ☀️

Johnny and I are preparing to make a big shift on our paths very soon.⭐

If you’ve been feeling called to book an in-person Waterfall Akashic Record Reading or a Divine Duo session with us in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this is your gentle nudge not to delay.

We only have a few remaining appointments open for the rest of this month.

We are here to hold sacred space for anyone who is truly ready to welcome in a new reality. Everything we offer comes straight from our own lived experiences, our own walking of the path, and the deep wisdom we’ve gathered along the way. Up-leveling isn't for everyone—some are completely content right where they are, and that is beautiful. But if your heart is seeking more, we are here for YOU.

As we navigate these shifts, a soft reminder for your own journey: it is entirely okay to keep certain magic close to your heart. You don't have to share everything online, and protecting your energy is a sacred act.

We see you, we love you, and when you step into your fullness and succeed, we all succeed. We can’t wait to share our next adventures with you soon. ✨

Having opened the Akashic Records and held space for these soul readings for years, my heart's deepest intention is not just to bring you clarity—it is to empower you to connect directly with your own soul’s wisdom, trust your intuition, and remember who you truly are.💞

In our session together, we open The Divine Mirror to reflect your highest truth, clear old energetic blockages, and realign with your path.
You can choose your own questions to ask or we can ask your soul to guide us .💫

As part of our time together, we also connect with your bird guides—your feathered spirit messengers who bring gentle higher perspective, freedom, and uplifting medicine to your journey. 🕊️🌸

Whether you are seeking direction, emotional healing, or a deeper bond with your spiritual team, this space is held with unconditional love and grace.

Redings are held virtually and in nature , so you can receive this sacred alignment from the comfort and sanctuary of your own home or by a waterfall .?

DM me "SOUL READING " or tap the link in my bio to book your session! I would be so honored to hold space for you. 🤍

Last night around 11:30, our precious Pharaoh passed away peacefully, transitioning back into pure spirit. He was cradled in Johnny’s arms right in our bed, resting in his absolute favorite place on his PEMF mat, with Phantom softly by his side, gently licking him.

He had grown very weak over the last few days, and we felt in our hearts that his time was near. I had tried to book an end-of-life appointment with the vet, but they couldn't fit him in this week.
That was Pharaoh’s intention all along—he wanted to be right here with us, in the familiar warmth and comfort of his home. We had asked the universe for a gentle, natural passing, and he was granted just that.

We wrapped his body in soft cotton baby blankets, and I held him and kissed him one last time. I take comfort in knowing that he has simply stepped out of his physical form and back into spirit. I know we will continue to meet and go on adventures together in the astral realm, just as we always have.

We will be burying him soon, gently giving him back to the earth.

I am overflowing with gratitude for the 19 incredible years I was blessed to spend with this sweet guy, my true soul cat.

Please, no "I'm sorry"s—this is a natural and sacred part of the life cycle. Instead, if you feel moved, simply send your love to his soul. Thank you all so much for being a part of our journey .🙏

These are just a few of the many photos I've taken of him over the years .🥰🐾🐈

Ram Dass taught that death is not an end, but a natural change of form for the soul.

Nineteen years of sharing breath, light, and quiet magic with my beautiful Pharaoh.
Lately, I can feel him softly loosening his grip on this physical vessel. His body is getting tired, preparing for what comes next.
We live in a world that teaches us to fear death—to fight it, resist it, or grieve it before it even arrives.

But animals know something we often forget.
They don't fear the return. They know that death isn't an ending; it’s just a release. It’s the soul stepping out of an earthly suit that has served its purpose, returning to the infinite warmth it came from.

Right now, my only job isn't to hold on out of fear, but to anchor him in safety. To make sure he feels loved, honored, and completely free to fly when his time comes.

To love a soul deeply is to walk them all the way home.

Right now, so many of us are moving through a massive wave of deep healing on earth.
If you’ve felt extra sensitive, exhausted, or energetically heavy lately, you are far from alone.

When the collective energy is shifting this fast, learning how to protect your own energy becomes essential so you don't end up completely drained.

I want to share my #1 go-to practice l for an instant energy reset? Salt.

Salt acts as an energetic purifier because it combines a rigid crystalline geometry, physical ionic properties, and a unique dual-element nature that literally pulls, traps, and neutralizes stagnant frequencies and grounds you back into your body .

Here is how I use it throughout my day and space:🙏

Clearing Salt Baths: Soaking in sea salt or Epsom salt to literally wash away whatever doesn't belong to me.Bonye if you can get dead Sea Salt , it's even more potent .

Salt in the Laundry: Adding a pinch or scoop of salt to wash cycles to cleanse the energetic residue holding onto clothes, sheets, and towels.

DIY Salt Aura Spray: Keeping a small mist bottle of salt water to spray over my shoulders and head whenever I need a quick boundary reset.

Salt Bowls Around the Home: Placing small bowls of salt in room corners and directly under the bed to continuously absorb static energy while sleeping.

When you protect your field, healing doesn't have to leave you running on empty.

How are you keeping your energy clear right now?

Do you use salt or another method ?

Photo is of my newest art , which is available for sale 🥰

My galactic being returned today. 💚

I’d been waiting for my praying mantis friend to come back, and right on cue, he showed up. Nature’s visitors never arrive by coincidence—they carry wisdom if we’re willing to pause and listen.

The praying mantis teaches us the power of patient focus: stay centered, trust your path, and know that what is meant for you will not pass you by. Witnessing him today was a vibrant physical symbol of incoming abundance and sacred alignment.

Trust the wait. What feeds your soul is already making its way to you.

Are you patiently waiting ?

Did you know that birds are divine messengers from the spirit realm?
They are constantly sharing love and signs with us, if we only open our hearts to notice them. 🌊

These three precious ducks appeared to us during our lake swim, carrying such a sacred message.
The number three holds the energy of creative power, divine harmony, and the alignment of mind, body, and spirit.

May this be a reminder for all of us to trust our inner intuition, welcome new beginnings with open arms, and rest in perfect balance. 🌿✨

I’d love to know—what birds have been catching your eye or visiting you lately? 👇🤍
