Introducing the like a girl run club: a home for women across all running communities to come together, train, and move without judgment, without pressure -just strength, support & community.

Details:
📍 Where: Ten Health & Fitness, King’s Cross
📅 When: Wednesdays, 6-7:30pm (from 14th May 2025)
🏃‍♀️ What: Social 5K (beginners welcome!)
👜 Bag drop available (inside but left at own risk)

We’re proud to be supported by @tenhealthfitness , a team that shares our mission to bridge the gap in women’s sports science and empower women to train with knowledge that reflects their bodies, not outdated norms.

When we launched like a girl, it was about building a platform where women could share their stories, inspire, educate, feel seen, and move in ways that feel true to them.

Now, we’re taking that mission to the streets - literally.

No matter your pace, background, or experience - you are welcome here.

The girls had far too much fun at the @officialbighalf , so we thought we’d take a day off!

building STRONG women!❤️‍🔥

at the end of last month @likeagirl.eu x @wildlunacollective joined forces to bring together the second iteration of their women’s only strength training workshop

both communities were led by Nike coach @harrietwrightx through a series of foundational movements, with a real focus on form & execution

what magic! we cannot wait for the next one - keep your eyes peeled 👀

@likeagirl.eu x @wildlunacollective are teaming up to bring you an empowering evening on the track - and we’d love to have you there! 💫

Whether you’re an experienced runner or completely new to track workouts, this event is designed to meet you where you’re at. 
✨ Event Details:
📍 Location: Regents Park Running Track, NW1 4RU 📅 Date: Monday 27th June 2026 ⏰ Time: 6:30pm 🎟️ Price: *FREE*
 ✨ What To Expect:
* 2–3 different track workouts to choose from depending on your goals
* Sessions suitable for all running abilities
* Guidance and support throughout the evening
* Tips on tracking your cycle and syncing your training
