Last night’s Ultimate Girls Night at Lure Living Yeppoon was an absolute vibe 🥂✨

The theme “Wear the dress you never get to wear”… and the girls understood the assignment! 💃🏼

Champagne, cocktails, amazing food, games, plenty of laughs and a fiercely competitive red-carpet walk-off… the perfect excuse to get dressed up and enjoy an unforgettable night with the girlfriends. 🤍🥂✨

Wednesday afternoons are for gymnastics. 🤸🏼‍♀️ Easily one of my favourite sessions of the week.

There are no shortcuts with this stuff. Every skill is a work in progress, and progress takes time. It takes showing up, being patient, embracing the frustration, and trusting that all those small improvements eventually add up.

Looking back at these videos, it’s pretty cool to see that the consistency is paying off. Things are starting to click, movements are getting cleaner, and skills that once felt impossible are becoming a little more natural.

And let’s be honest… hauling a** up a legless rope climb is a whole lot easier when you’re 12kg lighter. 💪🏼😂

Still plenty to work on, but that’s half the fun. One session at a time.

As a proud Masters League sponsored athlete, being part of one of the biggest events on the CrossFit calendar is something I never take for granted. From watching some of the fittest athletes on earth compete, chilling with fit friends, the whole experience was a reminder of why I fell in love with this sport in the first place.

The energy, the community, the competition, and the shared passion for pushing our limits is something that stays with you long after the final event is over.

Feeling grateful for the opportunities, the support, and the memories made. Now it’s time to take that inspiration and momentum into the next chapter of training and competition.
