oh miss lanee. oh how i can’t seem to grasp that you are not on this earth anymore. you were not only my best friend, but my rock. from the very start you showed me what a real friend is and how a person can light up the world with such love and kindness. us growing up together and learning from one another from such an early age brought so many great memories with it. to every sleepover, aau vb game, 8th grade lunch table, bus rides home after games, team dinners, you always knew how to make people feel loved and cared for. losing you has left a silence that nothing can fill. this hurts so much that your gone, though i know you are dancing in the sky with pure joy. i carry you with me in everything i do. in every laugh, every song, every quiet moment where i still wait for your name to pop up on my phone (*chief snowflake). i’ll live this life for you lane. God blessed me and so many others with an amazing person like you. it’s not a goodbye but a see you later. i love you forever🫂
