I once read about this woman who, legally, married a fence. Apart from all the (big) questions about what the day-to-day looks like there (kissing metal??), I get it. Many (MANY) cheeses were harmed during the making of this holiday.

Merci Switzerland for your impeccable cows, their impeccable dairy, and other associated products (this includes: the considerable depletion of my bank account. I have no ragrets. QC, Québec, Montréal - avec tes murmures mélodiques de maganisage et de grignotines, tes bagels, tes viandes, tes cornichons. Tes escaliers métalliques grimpant le long de tes buildings, et les arbres qui les recouvrent. Ton vieux et ton nouveau, à une street de l’autre. Ton Frenglish (obviously), tes neighbourhoods loufoques et le sport (notre religion) qui te cause des tremblements de terre.
