![Reflection: it’s hard to believe this was only 6 years ago. I wrote these [printed] words as a tribute to my family and friends who you can call home. Some have left for reasons known and more for reasons unknown. Still, I’ve gained much more than I’d thought I had lost. God allows for curveballs with every new day and I’m surrounded with new mercies every morning. The sentiments here still hold true, and it’s worth a read, for sure. Thank you to my family who sticks around not because blood ties us but because genuine love does. Thank you to my friends who’ve opened up to understand and tolerate me. 😂 But in all seriousness, Happy New Day.
