🐍🎍Dedicating this year to finding strength and through flexibility ~

After eating sushi and watching the sunrise with my incredible Japanese family, I spent my first hours of 2025 dancing & playing in my grandparents local bamboo forest 💚

Such a wholesome way to ended a bit of a rocky yet wonderful year ~ A big thank you to all the beautiful people I had the pleasure to share time creat and dance with over 2024 ❤️ My heart it truly filled and fueled by these connections 💪🏻

Travelling over New years day has been a bit confusing, and I have a lot from 2024 I am still yet to share but...

UNBOXED
Two performers. Two giant wooden cubes.
One powerful journey beyond the boxes that divide us.
UNBOXED is a visually arresting dance production that challenge the invisible boundaries that shape our lives through breathtaking lifts, dynamic partnering and fearless interaction with two huge wooden cubes.

Aetherbound
An aerial dance duet that combines contemporary movement with rope and harness work to explore themes of belonging, kinship, and connection between women. The duet hopes to promote a wider social conversation in how people view the capabilities of a woman’s body. Through air and ground Rosie Macari & Lila Naruse float and suspend in a dream like world that journeys from the beginnings of life to the end.
