this trip to key west was so much fun and so important to me. my grandfather (mom’s dad) was born and raised here. an original ‘conch’. not only him but many of his family members before him. my mom would tell me stories about her trips down here while her father was still alive, and always wanted her to take me one day. on slide nine is us in front of his childhood home, as well as the graves of some of our family members. i am so glad and grateful that i got to experience this. taken in Key West, Florida by @lilbar15
