We’re delighted to announce 𝘽𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬, the new album from Bow and Arrow, the remarkable collaboration between @lilbertucci and @michael_beharie. Out on NNA Tapes on October 23rd, 2026. Somewhere between medieval plainchant, electroacoustic improvisation, and spectral folk song lies Bow and Arrow. Their debut record occupies a space both ancient and uncannily contemporary. Bow and Arrow represents a fascinating nexus between the two artists’ established practices: Beharie’s gift for melody and songcraft folds seamlessly into Bertucci’s rigorous experimentalism, creating music suspended outside linear time: experimental, gentle, and profoundly human. Bertucci and Beharie’s voices intertwine, dissolve into electronic distortion, and re-emerge in moments of harmony. Like an afternoon wandering through frozen terrain. Like imagined intimacy. Listen to “Last Wish,” the first single out now, and visit the NNA Tapes Bandcamp, where the Iridescent Gold Limited Edition LP is available for preorder. by @lilbertucci

NNA Tapes is pleased to announce Bow and Arrow, the new album from Bow and Arrow, the remarkable collaboration between @lilbertucci and @michael_beharie, is out today. Bow and Arrow represents a fascinating nexus between the two artists’ established practices: Beharie’s gift for melody and songcraft folds seamlessly into Bertucci’s rigorous experimentalism, creating music suspended outside linear time: experimental, gentle, and profoundly human. This record is one of the most evocative works either of these artists has created, a gorgeous cycle of invocations, electroacoustic experiments threaded through spectral folk –– forest music for tomorrow that reminds one of the imaginary traditional music of Ursula K. Le Guin and Todd Barton’s Always Coming Home as much as it echoes the work of contemporaries like Sarah Davachi, Rachika Nayar or Ginté Preisaité.  Their debut record occupies a space both ancient and uncannily contemporary. Bertucci calls it “devotional music for the age of alienation,” music that “sounds like the drugs kicking in.” Bells appear throughout the album as gestures of both anachronism and quiet resistance - a salve to a time of perpetual distraction. Bertucci and Beharie’s voices intertwine, dissolve into electronic distortion, and re-emerge in moments of harmony. Like an afternoon wandering through frozen terrain. Like imagined intimacy. Listen wherever you find your music. Iridescent Gold Limited Edition LP is available in stores and on the NNA Tapes Bandcamp today. by @lilbertucci
Listen to “Regina”, the third single from Bow and Arrow (@lilbertucci and @michael_beharie), out today. “Regina” finds Bow and Arrow transforming fragments of the 16th-century plainchant Ave Regina Caelorum into something wholly new. Reimagined through voice, electronics, and lush harmonies, it embodies the album’s dialogue between ancient devotion and contemporary experimentation. Listen to “Regina,”, and visit the NNA Tapes Bandcamp, where the Iridescent Gold Limited Edition LP is available for preorder now before album release on Friday. by @lilbertucci
Oct. 27 at the University of Chicago’s Swift Hall: experimental composer Lea Bertucci presents her new composition, ‘The Days Pass Quickly Immersed in the Shadow of Eternity,’ a striking work for archaic flutes in 8-channel sound performed by Norbert Rodenkirchen. Free with RSVP. Bertucci’s new work was written for master flutist and early music scholar Norbert Rodenkirchen, a major player in the early music world as a member of the legendary ensembles Sequentia and Dialogos, among others. Crystalline in texture yet richly dissonant, the composition draws from folkloric and early music traditions to create a haunting meditation on time, duration, and memory that evokes the primeval and the futuristic simultaneously. Presented in partnership with The Renaissance Society. Visit ESS.org for more information. by @lilbertucci
