Abide. The word that rang throughout my head all freshman year. Not “have it all together,” not “keep up,” but abide. Remain in Him even when everything feels new, unknown, and overwhelming.

Reflecting on this year, I realize just how much God has taught me, how to trust Him deeper, lean on Him more, and find peace in His presence instead of my circumstances. Freshman year stretched me in ways I didn’t expect, but the Lord was faithful through every high and every low.🤍

Lamentations 3:22-24

“The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
“‘The LORD is my portion,’ says my soul,
‘therefore I will hope in him.’”

And I can’t help but thank Him for one of the sweetest gifts of this year: the friends He placed in my life! Friends who have loved me so well, lifted me up in prayer, and constantly pointed me back to Jesus. What a joy they are! I’m endlessly grateful for the hearts God brought into my life at just the right time!

Through every moment of change and uncertainty, God has remained constant, proving over and over again just how faithful He truly is!🤍🤍 by @lilbitoflj
