@lildru2x just popped back out with his first visual in a long minute, and ‘Double Back’ was the perfect way to reintroduce himself. You can tell he ain’t lose a step — if anything, the break made him sharper. The record got that pressure-filled tone like he been sitting on something he needed to get off his chest, and this was the moment to unload it.

What makes the drop even harder is knowing the track was put together at Murder Mitten Studios. The vocals hit with that raw booth energy — hungry, unfiltered, and straight to the point. It sound like one of them late-night sessions where everything just clicked, and Dru locked in with a chip on his shoulder.

The visual matches the comeback energy perfectly: dark car scenes, smoke in the air, money talk, and that quiet confidence of an artist who knows exactly what he’s doing. @citystarej snapped with the direction — clean angles, tight cuts, and the pacing to make the whole video feel cinematic without losing that Detroit grit.

For this to be Dru’s first visual in a while, he came back swinging. No gimmicks, no overdoing it — just pure motion and a reminder that he’s still here, still working, and still dropping heat when it counts.
