POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A year ago today…….. I decided to pick the boxing gloves back up after I had put them down for a bit, from there I met my coach….. a truly great man, a champion in every aspect, and he gave me his all, invested in me, he took the time to get to know me, and make me feel like I have a big brother and a mentor…….the rest is between me and him…..those words and guidance are for our ears only…..I owe you everything coach @segawasulaiman……….
Now I get to return the favor in 27 days we go into the wolves den, and you will have to KILL me to stop me from showing the world the power a coach and fighter can truly have when there’s full trust and commitment between the two. S/o to my amazing friends, family and teammates all in one that I made at @urban.boxing . I’m alone in the ring but we are together in spirit while I’m in there, every punch, every counter, is a testament to our hard work together…….

Couldn’t be more proud of the man you grew up to become @mistamtay….. I had to stay quiet for a couple days to respect the privacy but it was hard cause this one hits different…… I decide to post this pic over the ones from our past because we were trouble makers…. You me and Jeff and sometimes Colby when his mom let him out lol but from those days to these you became a father, a man, a full fledged fucking adult and I’m proud to have seen that growth brother. Rest easy man….I got your back down here by @lilez301

S/o to my coach @segawasulaiman, when I spar him, this is a sign of true trust, I trust him to push me, I trust him to give me the work without actually hurting me, but still giving me what I need in the ring to prepare for fight. He is a world champion, wbc belts, and one of the best boxers I have ever seen. It took me 1.5 rounds just to get inside on this man, I was working!!!! Finally got my shot in the last clip, proud moment for me lol as we get closer to golden gloves my appreciation for you coach only grows. I wear team Sula with pride, this one is for @urban.boxing and everyone in our community and……everyone who has helped me alone this journey. Let’s get this dub yall!!!!! #goldengloves #boxing #sparring #sparringsession #sparringday by @lilez301

2-0!! 🥊⚡️

Another one in the books. I want to thank everyone who came out, supported me, and believed in me throughout this journey. Seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd meant more than you know. And a huge thank you to Coach Randolph, Coach Mike, Coach Dave, Coach Tony, and Eric. I truly couldn’t have done this without you guys. Thank you for the time, work, guidance, and belief you’ve put into me. I’m grateful to have you all in my corner. 🥊
The work continues. This is only the beginning.
