cosette was truly the kindest girl you could ever meet. she was so beautiful inside and out. she brought so much light to every room she was in. she radiated love and joy. she was always so easy to talk to and had the most forgiving heart i’ve ever known. her love for jesus always shone through her in the best ways. she was so funny and always reminded me to laugh and to never take life too seriously.

cosette impacted my life and the lives of everyone she met in such a special way. she always made people feel seen and loved, and that’s one of the things i admired most about her. i’m so grateful for our sleepovers, church camp, summers, and all the memories i got to share with her. who she was and her story will forever be apart of me.

although cosette struggled, i want her memory to reflect who she was. she was truly the best person i’ve ever met, and i’m so grateful i had the chance to know her and call her one of my best friends. saying goodbye to her was the hardest thing i’ve ever done, but with that comes the comfort of knowing i loved her deeply while she was here. i know she is with the lord now, and that her soul is filled with the peace she always wanted here on earth.

life is truly precious. tell people you love them. spend time with the people you care about. be forgiving and thoughtful. never let a conversation end badly. most importantly, if you’re struggling, reach out to someone. you are never alone even when it feels heavy. i pray that cosette’s story touches the hearts of everyone and reminds others that they are loved beyond words and never alone.

so thankful for another year at glorieta with the best people. this year was very different without one of my favorite people by my side, but being in her favorite place filled my heart with so much joy. the lord brought me so much peace and reminded me of his goodness in a time where I needed it most.💝
