This year I had the privilege to work with @lusta.hair . Kimberly, the beautiful founder of this amazing brand graciously approached me with an amazing opportunity after going in for a consultation as a new customer. I was asked to model their campaign for the new release of the illusion lace toppers. Now, this is going to get vulnerable for me to open up online but for those of you who don’t know already, I have an autoimmune condition, Lupus. The past three years (starting at age 22) it has caused a series of problems, chronically ill and the biggest one being hair loss. The hair loss got so serious that I thought it was the start of alopecia which led me to get every test done under the sun to find out what was wrong. It had caused a massive confidence drop, because for me, hair is a woman’s strength and beauty. I’ve recently learnt to be okay with the hair loss, but what is even more amazing is Lusta’s mission to giving back confidence to women who have similar stories. I am one among thousands of woman around the world who have found themselves again with Kimberly and her team. This post is to personally thank @lusta.hair for giving me back part of my life. So much has changed for me now in the best of ways and I can’t show you all enough how much this campaign really means to me.
