You’re a GOOD GOOD Father🙌🏼
You are perfect in all of your ways Jesus. You take nerves and fear and you turn them into excitement and joy. Being a camp leader is so far the best and most tiring “job” I have ever done.
Just like one person can have an impact on someone, one week can change everything about how we live and think and I know that it did that for me!
Prayers were answered, tears were cried, and sleep was not had, but joy, and laughter, and worship of our ONE good good father was all around during this week and I will be in withdrawal for the next year till we get to do it again!!!
My small group girls brought light to my entire week and my scavenger hunt team has horrible jokes but nonetheless I love them.😉

Things I learned how to do this semester,
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
Fly as in fly to class because I cut it too close a few too many times
But truthfully this semester was the hardest and the best
Two words that are hard to put together but here we are!
My wings were broken a few more times than my liking
But like the good book says,
“In this world you will have troubles but take heart for I have overcome the world”
And thank goodness He has
Because this “bird” is done
Done with flying on her own that is.
If this semester has taught me anything it is that I can absoloultey not do it alone.
Thank you Jesus for the friends that you have blessed me to grow with.
My cheeks wouldnt hurt near as much
I wouldn’t have permanent laughing abs
Tears wouldn’t have been understood
And more sleep would have been had,
But I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Although this semester has been qaotic (thats putting it lightly) I have slowly learned the impact stopping and sitting still has.
“Be still and know that I am God”
And when you do sit still and listen you then get to see!
See how AWESOME His creation is and how He so AWESOMLY works and moves things into place…its pretty awesome haha.
Anyways this bird is gonna cry because her friends are leaving her for 4 months
And maybe cheer because college is actually the worst sometimes.
Thank you freshman year.

This trip with two of my favorite people took my crashing and racing heart, and like Jesus gave me so much peace and calm. The cooked meals together, the singing and dancing, the laughter, the tears, and the deep conversations about where God has brought us, reminded me of how great He is, and how intentionally He moves. A well needed brake was also a well needed reminder of everything I have to thank Him for during the storm, and during the quiet…
Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, His steadfast love endures forever!

1st semester finished and I learned, Kendyl can do the worm, I absolutely need a rain coat, my teacher would send his kid to an ai school, and prayer is always needed, but especially when trying to pass an exam.
