🔑 2. Do you collaborate and continue learning from others in the industry? Real estate is constantly evolving, and great agents never stop growing.

Last night, I sat around a dinner table with real estate agents from all over the country.

One conversation that really stuck with me was with an agent from Key West, Florida. @chrissy.amundson

Same career. Completely different markets.

The conversations they’re having with buyers and sellers look SO different from the ones I’m having here in Western Kentucky.

It reminded me that real estate is anything but one-size-fits-all.

What works in Florida might not work in Kentucky, and what works in Kentucky might not work in another state.

That’s why understanding your LOCAL market is so important.

National headlines can tell you what’s happening across the country, but they don’t always tell you what’s happening in your backyard.

And that’s exactly why having an agent who understands your market matters.

Surround yourself with people who make you want to LEVEL UP. ⚡️

Different states, different markets, different goals, but one thing we all have in common is the drive to keep growing.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned in real estate is that who you surround yourself with MATTERS.

Being connected with agents across the country who are building incredible businesses, sharing ideas, and pushing each other to be better is something I’ll never take for granted.

EXPCON DAY 1 ✨📍Salt Lake City!

A little sights & sounds from day one!!

Got to hear from Gary Vee today, and one thing that really stuck with me was his message about social media and how much it’s changing the way we grow our businesses. The world isn’t slowing down, and we can’t let being scared of something new keep us from adapting and growing with it!

But honestly, one of my favorite parts of these events is getting to reconnect with agents from all over who I’ve built genuine friendships with along the way. 🥹

It’s also crazy to think that in just a year and a half of being in real estate, I’ve had the opportunity to hear from our founder and CEO FOUR different times! Being able to learn from the people leading our company and surround myself with so many like-minded people is something I really do appreciate.

So thankful for the opportunities, friendships, and experiences this career has already brought me. And we’re only on day ONE!!
