Blessed to be working with the biggest boss Dogg @SnoopDogg and Nappy Boy @TPain on a new music video in LA 🌴🎶

What's crazy is in 2009, I was featured on a mixtape hosted by Snoop for a record I did with @Eiht0Eiht called "Do What U Feel".
There were only 5 independent artists on that project, one being myself, and @KendrickLamar being another.

Fast forward 14 years and I'm working on a video set with Snoop & T-Pain, where my bro @PhillyFlyBoy was the cinematographer 🎥

Everybody on set was having such an amazing time, cracking jokes and laughing the entire day 🎬
Then to top it off, @Aj_McLean from @BackstreetBoys showed up to kick it, which is one of the first bands that inspired me to start writing songs at 11 years old ✍🏼🎶

I truly feel so blessed for every opportunity God has given me and I always open the door for other genuine, talented, Hard working creatives whenever I can.

You are not competing with anyone else when you create your own lane. Many blessings on the way, stay tuned 🙏🏼 taken in Los Angeles, California by @lilolep

We are SO lucky to have Dr. Danielle Hall @sound_embrace making a special stop here in Milwaukee.✨

Danielle is traveling across 12 cities in just 38 days, creating spaces for people to slow down and explore one powerful question:

✨ What does it mean to live a life you love waking up to every day?

Thanks to our wonderful friend Simon @lilolep, she said YES to adding one extra special evening in Milwaukee!! 😃 bringing her transformative sound healing experience to our community.🙏

I couldn’t be more honored to partner with her by creating the nourishing appetizers that will welcome everyone after the experience.

On the menu:

🍉 An abundant seasonal grazing table bursting with vibrant fruits, artisan cheeses, herbs & edible flowers

🥕 Rainbow crudités with colorful house-made hummus

🧆 Mediterranean falafel with creamy tzatziki, beet hummus & warm pita

🌱Eggplant involtini filled with creamy ricotta, herbs & fresh tomato sauce

💜 Beautiful beet mini cheesecakes to finish with something both nourishing and unforgettable.

After the sound bath, stay for nourishing bites, conversation, and community. If you feel called, you’ll also have the opportunity to share your own reflection on Danielle’s question as she documents this beautiful journey across the country.

I’d truly love to see you there🤍

Let’s nourish our bodies together, calm our nervous systems, and remember what really matters. 💛😃🫶🏽

#MILWAUKEE ! Come join Dr. Danielle Hall @sound_embrace on her cross country sound bath tour August 6th at @storyhillfirehouse
I’m so excited to have Milwaukee included in this tour and documentary.

Take some time for yourself to unwind and reset 😌✨

Light healthy refreshments will be provided by @eat.pretty.please

Join us for an immersive sound bath experience designed to support the nervous system in settling and create space to step away from the noise, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom already within you.

“What does it mean to live a life you love waking up to every day?”

This summer, Dr. Danielle Hall is traveling for 38 days across 12 cities, asking that question and creating space for communities to sit with it together.

Immediately following the sound bath stay for conversation, and community.
As part of documenting this journey, Danielle will also have a camera set up and attendees are invited, if they feel called, to share their answer to the question: What does it mean to live a life you love waking up to every day?

Your reflection may become part of the visual storytelling documenting this journey, joining voices from communities across the country in a larger conversation about how we choose to live.

Every attendee will also receive a special gift from sponsors supporting the journey.

There is only 45 spots available for this sound bath.

We met 5 years ago while filming a commercial in Milwaukee with @Giannis_An34 and ended up kicking for the night.
That was my 1st time dancing to Afrobeats music. Great uplifting energy all around🕺🏻🎶

What brings you peace? 🧘🏽‍♂️

Taking walks/hikes in nature, relaxing by bodies of water, creating music, playing with animals, hanging out with friends, cooking dinner for loved ones, meditation, taking drives by the lake/ocean, hugging friends and family, watching documentaries about beautiful places in the world, planning a trip/traveling, talking and laughing with strangers, doing something nice for strangers/for yourself / for loved ones, trying new restaurants and eating delicious meals, cups of hot tea, helping someone develop their business, talking with loved ones/friends you haven’t seen for a while, sitting & appreciating all the blessings in my life....

just a few of the things that bring me peace.
