I’m incredibly excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Sewanee: The University of the South! 🟣⚔️

I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout this journey — my family, coaches, teammates, teachers, and friends. The countless early mornings, long practices, setbacks, and moments that made me question myself have all been worth it.

I can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds. Thank you, Sewanee, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be part of something special.

On Saturday, I strapped in, dropped the clutch, and let the engine do the talking. On Sunday, there was no engine to rely on—just grit, determination, and the will to keep moving forward. It’s funny how two completely different races can teach the same lesson: whether it’s speed on the track or stamina in a triathlon, the real win is pushing yourself beyond the edge. by @lilsaf3.0

Made a splash and made a statement at 2025 Y-Nats. Every early morning, every hard practice, every moment of doubt—it all led to this. I’m beyond grateful to be here and even more grateful for the people who stood beside me, believed in me, and pushed me. Greatness doesn’t wait, and neither will I. This is just the beginning. Also, special thanks to @jbeil44 and the YMCA photographers for the amazing pics 🔥 by @lilsaf3.0

From the moment I set foot in the pool, Nationals felt like the ultimate test of everything I’ve learned. The nerves, the adrenaline, the energy — it all came together in a way I’ll never forget. Win or lose, this experience has shown me how far I can push myself and how important it is to always keep striving for more. Having fun 🎉🎉🎉 by @lilsaf3.0

First Triathlon ever! We took the win in the boys high school category 🥇I couldn’t have done it without the support of @st.xaviertriathlon and all the coach’s involved. I would like to give a big thanks to all my amazing teammates and parents. The rain made the bike a very interesting experience! We all made it back in one piece. Going to get back to training and look for some more time. by @lilsaf3.0
