Forever sounds like a great idea to me
In every lifetime, yes
I love you more than anything❤️💍 by @lilslifting_ifbbpro

BIKINI IFBB PRO💳😭

This hasn’t sunk in yet

France wasn’t initially on our bingo card this season, but after my feedback last week, as a team we made the decision to jump in.
And we came out with the best possible outcome

@tim_physiquepro you peaked me to perfection
@megan_altr you posed me to perfection
@cm97___ you are the best support system, partner and love of my life

I could not have achieved this without my team behind me this weekend (they’ll get their own post tomorrow)

Time to let it sink in with the best team ever🩷 by @lilslifting_ifbbpro

Well I still don’t think it’s sunk in🥹

OPEN CLASS H & OVERALL BIKINI CHAMP👑🥇

What a way to open the season🥹
A very long day with a 1am finish but every second was worth it😭

This win felt absolutely huge to me, coming off the back of a very productive off season I was so excited to show what I’ve been working so hard on
Tim took the reins this week and completely transformed this look to create something worthy of the overall- no small ask but he absolutely worked his magic and here we are. Tim this would not have been possible without you, thank you for being so incredible and above all a bloody incredible person & friend

Meg, my absolute girl, thank you for being truly the most supportive friend and working so hard with me to make sure every aspect of my presentation was on the money
The two most special people and a very lucky girl to have such an amazing team🩷

& last but by no means least, he’ll get his own post I’m sure, but Con
You have been there through every single minute of this prep. My absolute rock, voice of reason, biggest supporter, my best friend and the the love of my life
Someone who will not take the credit he deserves & does more for me than a girl could ever truly wish for- thank you, for being my absolute rock because you made every hard day better, and no matter what, kept me exactly where I needed to be

Regional done, onto the pro qualifiers for round 2- what a weekend, thank you all for the love and support🩷 by @lilslifting_ifbbpro

progress doesn’t have to consume your entire life to be something you’re proud of.

That’s what by rem stands for.

I love being told I can’t or won’t do something

Because it becomes my mission to prove I will

The world will forever be your oyster
Do not let anyone tell you your limitations

Work your lil arse off and remind yourself how far you’ve come every now and then🧚🩷
