Cozy winter energy
Toronto feels like –7 🥶
So obviously, it was a hot wok + saucy noodles kind of day.

Stir-fried Hakka noodles with lots of garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers, green chilies, onion, scallions,

National Apple Cider Day - Nov. 18th

Toronto slipped from fall to winter in a heartbeat this year… One week of red leaves, the next dusted with snow. Blink and you’d miss the season in between.

Hot Spiced Cider
INGREDIENTS: Mulling spices + apple cider (from a farm)
DIRECTIONS: Place mulling spices loose in a saucepan. Add apple cider, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain. Serve warm..

Teamwork, technique, and a touch of artistry! Our VIP event highlights at InterContinental Toronto.
It featured foie gras with mango passion gastrique, lobster terrine, and a live dessert graffiti finale. Honoured to craft this VIP culinary experience where every course tells a story.
Seared foie gras with green apple pearls, lobster terrine with corn bavarois, veal tenderloin wrapped in sweetbreads, and a vibrant vegetarian menu with cashew foie gras.
The finale ..our dessert graffiti table, where red wine gel, pistachio soil, and gingerbread whipped cream came together in edible art. Proud to be part of this incredible team at InterContinental Toronto.
