🍝🧀 Cheesy Garlic Butter Beef Bowtie Pasta!

Think Hamburger Helper… but the fancy, homemade version! 🤤🙌

⏱️ Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 4–6

🛒 INGREDIENTS

For the Pasta:

* 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
* 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
* 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Beef:

* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

* 4 tbsp unsalted butter
* 5 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella
* ½ cup grated Parmesan
* ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
* Salt & black pepper to taste

For Garnish:

* 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
* Extra Parmesan cheese (optional)

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss with olive oil, and set aside.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.

3️⃣ Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another minute. Remove beef and set aside.

4️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

5️⃣ Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.

6️⃣ Reduce heat to low and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.

7️⃣ Add cooked pasta and beef back into the skillet. Toss until everything is coated in that delicious creamy sauce!

8️⃣ Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

9️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy! 😋

🍗 THE EASIEST 3-INGREDIENT BAKED CHICKEN!

Seriously… it doesn’t get much easier than this. 🙌🏼 Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and only 3 ingredients! Perfect for those nights when you have no idea what to make for dinner.

All you need:
🍗 Chicken
🥄 Mayonnaise
🍞 Italian breadcrumbs

How to make it:
1️⃣ Pat your chicken dry.
2️⃣ Coat each piece with a good amount of mayo.
3️⃣ Toss/coat completely in Italian breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Place on a baking tray and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
5️⃣ Broil for the last few minutes to get the outside nice and golden brown. 🤤

And THAT’S IT! 👏🏼

The mayo keeps the chicken super moist and helps those breadcrumbs get perfectly crispy. Don’t knock the mayo until you try it! 😂

🍤 Who loves the famous Kahuku shrimp truck?! 🙋‍♀️

Here’s a quick & easy copycat recipe! 🤤🧄🧈 And don’t skip the secret ingredient — lemon pepper seasoning! 🍋🤫

What you’ll need:
🧈 1 stick butter
🫒 Olive oil
🧄 LOTS of fresh garlic
🧂 Garlic powder
🧂 Garlic salt
🍋 Lemon pepper seasoning — the secret ingredient!
🤏 A sprinkle of white sugar
🌾 Flour
🍤 Shrimp

How to make it:
Melt the butter with a little olive oil and add LOTS of garlic. Let that simmer, then add garlic powder, garlic salt, lemon pepper, and a little sprinkle of sugar.

Lightly coat your shrimp in flour, add it straight into that garlicky buttery goodness, and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Toss everything together until the shrimp are completely coated and DONE! 🤤

Serve with rice and make sure you spoon that extra garlic butter all over the top! 🍚🧄
