After all the over indulgences after the last few weeks, i’ve reached a point where i need to stop spiralling out of control. I’ve drawn the line, time to get myself together and feel better about myself. Jyst posting these healthy food pocs as my visual to keep me on track. Overnight oats are prepped and ready for the next two days’ breakfasts and then the salad pic is my inspo for my next healthy meals. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #health #healing #happiness #healthgoals2024 #overnightoats #saladideas #avocado by @lily.rosebud
