I had the loveliest experience at @johansfordsalon in Mayfair. It felt so nice to prioritise some me time & opt for a completely fresh look as I’ve been feeling a little low on self esteem recently!

An afternoon well spent, I’ll definitely be back soon for another reinvention 🙊✨.

Thank you so much to @colourbyharry & @sophie_chevalier_ . You were wonderful!!! ✨

A little life update… ✨

The past year has been one of the most transformative chapters of my life… From becoming a Mum to my little boy, to training as a Pilates instructor and joining the incredible team/community at @studio22_gaiagracepilates !!!

It’s been a year of so many changes, challenges, and beautiful new beginnings, and I feel so excited for what’s to come…🧑‍🩰

Come & move with me at North London’s newest & biggest Pilates studio!
