The day we became one—the beginning of a promise, a covenant, and a lifetime of choosing one another.

Two months ago today, we stepped into one of the most beautiful chapters of our lives, and I thank God for His overwhelming faithfulness every step of the way.

Hoy, 23 de julio, tú y yo nos uniremos bajo un mismo propósito y nos convertiremos en una sola carne. Diremos que sí al sagrado matrimonio delante de Dios y de los hombres.

Hoy caminaremos agarraditos de la mano hacia un nuevo comienzo: tú como mi marido y yo como tu mujer.

If I had to choose one song to describe this season, it would be this one.

I have seen God’s hand move like never before. Through every high and every low, my good Father has remained faithful.

My heart is filled with so much gratitude, and honestly, I can’t even begin to express it all. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey in one way or another. The love, support, and joy we have received has truly been overwhelming.

To my family who hosted my first bridal shower in CT, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are my rock, and I truly wouldn’t be able to do any of this without you. Gracias a todos los que aportaron su granito de arena para hacer de mi día algo tan memorable.

A mi familia en República Dominicana, les amo tanto. Le doy gracias a Dios por permitirnos compartir un momento tan especial y tan grato para mí. Poder estar con ustedes fue algo que voy a guardar en mi corazón para siempre.

Y a mi familia de New Jersey, cada vez que estamos juntos puedo ver los detalles de Dios. Me siento tan bendecida de poder llamarlos míos. Gracias a cada persona que formó parte y que, de una manera u otra, ha bendecido mi vida y la de Janel.

En fin, no me bastan las palabras. Son tantas las cosas que quisiera decir, pero estaríamos aquí todo el día.
