Sometimes I think God is taking me on a walk around the block - and then somehow 2 great years go by!

A little sad to not get to hang out with you and G all the time and test out recipes on each other. ❤️

I LOVED getting to cheer on @averyjwhite today at the Gauntlet race! 🥰

I’m so proud of you for sticking it through a tough race and finishing so well!!!

More than that though, I’m so proud of the joy, discipline and intentionality you cultivate in your life. This race is just one of many examples of that.

Summer break 2025 highlights ✨

Staycations are so underrated.

I’m grateful:
•to live in such a fun city and peaceful house @collegelife_in_america
•sunshine and pool time with @autumnbrixx
•bookstores to wander in - this gem by @bobgoff was such a great find!
•trying a few new things
•catching up with friends, including my oldest @skidneybeck and being spoiled at hotel del @alicaterhodes
•of course some paddle-boarding
•brunch with Gramma
•and loooots of time mostly just resting. 😌

Rest is such a gift.
Summer rest is even better.

Cherry blossoms.

DPC Summit.
First time teaching as an attending.
Experiencing the solar eclipse.
More time with friends.
Paddle boarding.
Bucket list - seeing hot air balloons up close. ✅
Avery and Madison’s wedding.
More time outside.
Moving offices.
Moving houses.
Becoming a contributing editor for AFP. Long-time dream! ✅
More quiet time.
Discovering (and becoming a little obsessed with) masala chai from Roasted.
Cavs worship night and first time taking train in CLE.
More family days.
And a lot of selfies with @katerilpc 😂🫶

Happy 90th to my sweet Gramma ☺️

So grateful to have a grandma who exemplifies everything a grandma could ideally be: thoughtful, loving, and kind.

I loved growing up getting to have sleepovers at her house and getting to eat freshly baked and toasted bread in the morning with a green smoothie. Clearly my own health nut status doesn’t fall far from her beautiful matriarchal tree. 🫶 She was intentional about creating memories and spending time with all her grandkids.

What a blessing to be able to celebrate this milestone together!

As one of my cousins said today, “This is your legacy. This room full of people!”
