Wow… this was a hard one to write.
First, I want to thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to play the sport I love for the past six years. I also want to thank my family, friends, coaches, and teammates for encouraging and supporting me every step of the way. Lacrosse has helped me become a better friend, teammate, and woman of God, and I’m so thankful for everything this sport has taught me.
Thank you Coach Boles for always being so fun and supportive, and thank you Coach White for pushing me beyond what I thought was possible.
My time playing Heritage lacrosse has given me so many memories and friendships that I’ll cherish forever. From overnight trips, to Starbucks runs, locker room dancing, and everything in between, every moment has been such a blessing.
I’m going to miss this team so much, but I’m excited to continue my lacrosse journey playing club lacrosse at GCU.
