Avocado, boiled egg, seeds, cherr-tom, flax coconut bread, self made mayo dressing. On the side, arabica coffee with V60 touch.

Chili Oil - #madeinmoon
No seed oil, No sugar, No MSG, No Soy, No Terasi, No Kidding.
Perfect for kuotie, eggs, claypot dish, dimsum, all .
Ingredients:

CHILLI MIX:
4 tbsp Chili Powder
3 tbsp Paprika Powder
5 Garlic chopped
4 Green Scallions chopped
1 tbsp baked white sesame seeds
2 tbsp Baked ikan teri asin medan putih (rendam air panas, bilas, keringkan, bake di oven)
Black pepper few cracks
Salt to taste

1 cup Barco Oil, heat it, throw in 2 Star Anise, 2 Cardamom & 1 slice ginger.
Pour the hot oil into the Chilli Mix.
Mix well. Enjoy! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Made-in-Moon Kimchi. No corn syrup, no starch.
Kimchi is spelled 김치 in Korean (Hangul), with the Revised Romanization as gimchi and pronounced [kim.tɕʰi].

It is a staple Korean side dish (banchan) made from fermented vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage (배추김치, baechu-kimchi) or radish (깍두기, kkakdugi), seasoned with chili powder (gochugaru), garlic, ginger, and salted fish or fish sauce. this one I also added Pear, onion, daikon, cucumber, scallion and carrots.

Let them stay in a room temp for 3 until 7 days depends on the weather and the fermentation result that you like. Mine was 3 days enough.

Then continue fermentation in a fridge. Can be stored for months.

Explore different veggies, different spices or fruits.
