Painting helps me tap into my natural feminine energy, something I haven’t always felt safe being. I release control and let the paint flow and allow the creation to unfold, making subtle adjustments for the most satisfying experience. I’m not clingy to a concept or forcing a result, simply playing and letting each brushstroke and each color choice spark the desire for the next one. And before you know it I’ve co-created with the universe something that never existed. We all have the ability to mold energy into art. Slow Is Sacred is a three-hour online sister gathering created for women identifying who are longing to pause, reconnect with their bodies, soften into the present moment, and experience healing through creativity, movement, touch, rest, and connection.

You don’t need to be a dancer, artist, or experienced in somatic practices.
Come as you are.

Just bring yourself, a journal or sketchbook, and a willingness to listen inward.

This gathering is for you if…

Invitation to take a deep breath and find a moment of stillness. I’m currently icing my cheeks post wisdom tooth removal, grateful for the time to heal & rest. Ona does it best! Thanks mom for the soup and new calligraphy pens, it’s fun to try something new, be ok at it and simply play. Also how magical are tie dye watercolors. Art making helps me feel zen & more connected to myself, always thankful for a creative outlet. 🎨🙏🏽🌬️

Grateful for another year of life, thanks for the Bday wishes & supporting me on my journey to more peaceful living! I’m starting to feel the calm after the storm—blessed to live in beautiful & magical nature filled Cali with my loved ones by the sea… look how happy the puppies are running free on the beach!

Lots to unpack (literally moving boxes and emotionally/spiritually with so many shifts back to back)… if I counted correctly this is my 22nd move of my life, ya girl is ready to nest & stabilize, taking it one day at a time while seeking joy in misty mornings, birdsongs, and glowing sunsets. New SF home, new crisis counselor job, new callings to start psychology social work classes.

Doing my best to do what I’ve always done and going with vs against the flow (sometimes easier said than done esp when you don’t have full clarity).

Sit still, be kind to yourself and the answers will arise in divine time. Excited to see what creative projects bloom in this new season. Hugs to my fellow Taurus babies and to you loving humans walking the light path! 🌊🌞
