“I have seen many Christians overworked, striving, and performance-driven... missing the most important thing: His Rest.” 📖✨ When someone who has spent 25 years in ministry says a book is a necessary tool for breaking up with control and burnout, you listen. So many of us are trapped in a cycle of religious performance, trying to fix problems by forcing outcomes that were never ours to manage. The result? Total spiritual and mental exhaustion. True freedom isn’t about doing more for God on your own fumes—it’s about surrendering to the Holy Spirit and stepping into His supernatural rest. Whether you are personally ready to break up with control, or looking for the perfect, practical resource for your next women’s ministry or small group book club, this book belongs in your toolbox. 🔗 Ready to trade your self-help strategies for true Spirit-led freedom? This is the first time we actually pulled over alongside this particular spot of Wind River on our way back down to Casper. What an amazing site to absorb. ✨❤️ #windriver #wyoming #river #roadtrip by @lilyteseauthor
Thermopolis, Wyo….It is always one of our favorite places to stop by on our way further north, or on our way back home. #roadtrip #wyoming #explore by @lilyteseauthor

Old faithful is the most spectacular event to experience. It simply amazes me that this tremendous hot spring takes place with this amazing explosion once every single day, faithfully, around 4 PM. Can you imagine this? #oldfaithful #wyoming #utah #montana #yellowstonenationalpark by @lilyteseauthor
