Hello there, I am running the great north run this year !! I’m running to raise money for cystic fibrosis, which my amazing niece unfortunately suffers from. It is a very important cause close to mine and my families hearts. I would be unbelievably grateful if anyone would like to donate (link in bio), thank you and good luck everyone else doing it #running #greatnorthrun #charity #cysticfibrosis #giving by @lim___lim___

A year ago I was depressed, riddled with anxiety taking loads of medication. I was up to 18 stone, borderline alcoholic and suicidal. With huge help from friends and family and a bit of counselling, I’ve been off medication for 3 months I’ve lost 3 stone (hopefully more to go) I bought my first flat just waiting on keys, and have a beautiful little pooch. I can’t wait to get my life back and get back doing what I love (music). In the darkest days I felt so alone and wanted it all to end, but now I want to live and want to be again. It’s never over it’s just a test #depression #offmeds #free #happy #grateful by @lim___lim___

Week 7 of being a home owner, next job is digging out the patio. I swear the pic doesn’t make sense for how hard that was, and I’ve got so much more to go 😂 #homeowner #diy #garden #graft #hardwork by @lim___lim___

How crazy time is, first pic is today having moved into my flat, keeping up with the GNR training, getting back to doing music and off meds for 6/7 months. The second is the same time last year when things weren’t so good 😂 #change #happy #learning #freedom #selflove❤️ taken in Whitley Bay by @lim___lim___

Weight check 3, I’m at 14.10 stone as of this morning. Could and probably should be more, but the beer is not helping. Probably won’t get down to 13 stone by the summer but hopefully will be 14 #weightlosschallenge #running #fitness #health #ginger taken in Newcastle upon Tyne by @lim___lim___
