Meet Diego, one of our talented cooks at our Lake Nona location! He's been part of the LIME Fresh family for the past two years, bringing fresh flavors to every order.

His favorite order? The Asada Bowl. Pro tip: Add a side of Street Corn with Chipotle Ranch. 🤫

One of Diego's favorite things about working at LIME is that everything is made fresh. For him, what makes the Lake Nona location special is the teamwork between the kitchen and front-of-house teams that keeps everything running smoothly.

I’m flattered to try the new flatbreads @limefresh 😚
Lime Fresh is my go to for fast fresh Mexican food and their new flatbreads collab with @tabanero is definitely a game changer! 👍
We tried THE MEXICAN with Seasoned Beef, Black Bean Spread, Fresh Pico, Pickled Jalapeños and TABAÑERO CUBANO with 4 Rivers Pork, Bacon, Cheeses, Pickles, Tabañero Chipotle Honey Aioli, Cotija, and Cilantro. Both had a kick of spice and explosion of flavors! 🔥
If you can’t take the heat then you simply can’t go wrong with their crispy Empanadas, cheesy Quesadillas, and of course their signature sizzling Fajitas! And don’t forget to guzzle them all down with some frozen Margaritas!
