I finally got to tell my story 🙏.

Thank you everyone for all the kids words.

From the @greatlimerickrun to Heartbreak Hill my life has changed forever.

I am forever grateful that I got this opportunity in life to do what I have done considering all the young people who never got to find their talent or fulfill they're dreams.

Back 2 Boston is for them 🪽

They say never meet your idols but when I started running in 2015 I must have watched every @sagecanaday video and seen all his tips about the @bostonmarathon . Yesterday we ended up going Toe to Toe in the final few miles of Boston, fighting for every inch from the Citgo sign all the way to Boylston Street and finally on to the Finish .

Great to see him back after a tough few years. Hills runner's are tough 💪.

I tried to Fly in @berlinmarathon 🪽

I felt great. Then cramps hit hard at 35k.

The most disappointing of PBs for me, but I will take great confidence from it all.

It was a pleasure to meet everyone on the course today. I was cruising with @janfrodeno till 35k
and doing rock paper siccors with @marc.jose 🤣

Thanks @pumarunning and the Project 3 group for a great few weeks of education and knowledge sharing.
I love the shoes ☘️

They say Icarus flew too close to the sun.

But before he fell, he saw something extraordinary that most people will never see.

Tomorrow we all get to take that same risk.

In a marathon, you can’t discover your limits without getting close to them.

Maybe we fly.
Maybe we fall.

But unlike Icarus, if we fall we get another chance to rise, train harder and try again.

So tomorrow, we get to find out what’s possible.

The Hype is real 😁.

Finally got to test the @pumarunning R3 👌🏻.
They remind me of the feel you got from the original VF1. Light and responsive.

Very happy with today just 14 seconds of my PB and a sub 52 min 10 mile, last achieved when I was a few kg lighter!
Seeing all the @b2boston crew crush it today was great. Buzzing for them, Dig or Die ☘️

2 weeks and we go Back 2 Berlin.
Thanks @charlevillehalfmarathon for another good event.

The atmosphere and course in @10kvalencia was amazing. It was great to meet all the runners and share the streets of Valencia with some of the fastest runner's in the world.

World Trail Championships opening ceremony 🇮🇪
A long day travelling from Limerick last night to Canfranc, Spain, but we are here and we are ready to represent.

My race is Friday 45k with 12000ft of elevation!

Yeah I finally broke 2:26 and ran a PB.

2:25:57 and 3rd in my age category at the @bostonmarathon

Just about. That was the hardest race I have ran in terms of digging in.

To run a pb here is special and I know there is more in me.
