First ever visit to Granville Nature Reserve / Country Park. What a lovely spot for a sunny afternoon at the end of August 🥰

Little baby me and my lovely Nanny Lily ❤️

On the swing in the field at home, on the beach in Cornwall.

It’s so strange to be (comparatively) old! So close to my fourth decade. No kids, don’t own a home, still leasing my car, bad credit. But I do have a lovely little life that I know both baby me and her lovely nanny would have been absolutely thrilled to learn about. by @liminalafray

Collecting an award on behalf of the lovely Annie Hambley, captured by my lovely wife in the audience. I was so ready to feel so out of place at Shrewsbury #MayorsAwards but gosh, what a lovely night! Full of people who love this town, full of humour and warmth.

Was a pleasure to collect this award for Shrewsbury’s Summer of Wellbeing 2025, which grew from one conversation I had with @annie.hambley into a 6-week programme stuffed with over forty events. It was amazing to be part of as co-organiser / supporter through @shrewsburybid, and honestly, though we both poured a lot of love and time into it, its success is largely down to Annie’s ability to energise the community around the concept.

Congrats to all the lovely folks who were recognised tonight! What a lovely town! What a lovely lot! ❤️ by @liminalafray
