Driveway Passed the Lambo Check✅

So this job in discovery bay was a peculiar one. When I went to go see this job, my customer told me he was having a problem that was affecting his quality of life with his recent home purchase. He just bought this house in discovery bay, and the big deal he was having was that he had a 2015 Lamborghini Huracán, as well as a 1995 MKiv Toyota Supra that he was unable to park on his driveway because the angle on his driveway approach was too steep at the transition point from incline to decline as outlined by the cold joint separating his driveway from his driveway approach in slide 2.

Not only was the current structure difficult access. It was definitely aged 30-40 years, and the previous homeowners had also added a driveway extension which was made with terrible workmanship. I mean this old contractor even left behind rebar and the frame on the slab, he could’ve cared less to have the concrete finished properly.

So with this in mind, I suggested a few options to the homeowner, and being that we were also helping him redo the driveway approach, I suggested redoing the approach and driveway shaving down the angle from 17% incline to about 6% with a gradual slope. This would significantly help with the access into the driveway for his sports car. We helped him pull the permit and even submitted our own engineering drawings to get the approach approved and after months of collaboration with Contra Costa County, we finally got the design approved.

Next, we got to work on working with the homeowner on choosing a design for his driveway as well as the colors that would work well with his home. The result was the install of a beautiful Italian slate paver stamp pattern. The color was silver smoke by Davis colors And the embedded dual tone release we used to create depth was dark charcoal.

As seen in the images, the driveway declines towards the home. To make sure his home is safe in the event of heavy rain we Installed a channel drain system that leads to the side of his home, and routes all the water to a safe area.

The result gave the home a modern facelift and helped the homeowner safely park his $300k in cars. by @limitless.ca.llc

Backyard Remodel we did in Manteca, CA.

Simple changes go a long way. All we did here was a concrete slab expansion with a replacement of the fence.

Had a ton of fun bringing this customers vision to life. When we began this project all we had to work with was an AI rendering that the customer showed us for inspiration.

From there we designed, planned, and ultimately executed a beautiful floating step design that turned this entryway into a modern day marvel.

Step height was a huge factor to help our customers enter their home easier. The railing we used on this project was a custom engineered rail from @viewrail that we installed as well.
