A lot of you don’t know this, but my brother @zane.kh has been my best friend and biggest support system since I started my social media career. He believed in me and my vision before anyone else did, & filming this episode was SO special to me because it was such a full circle moment - he watched me build my business from the ground up (and even invested $5k to help me get it started) and now I got to invite him onto my podcast to share his wisdom with the world 🥹

The reality you’re living right now is just a reflection of the thoughts, emotions, and energy you were embodying three months ago.

Most people start getting into manifestation and shifting their mindset, but when they don’t see instant results they assume it’s not working — when what they’re experiencing is simply the echo of their past state.

When you understand the 3-month rule, you stop trying to force change and start trusting the lag. You realize that your job isn’t to obsess over the outcome — it’s to stay consistent with the version of you who already has what you want. If you hold that energy, even when nothing around you is changing yet, life has no choice but to realign. The results may not be immediate, but they are inevitable.

Also keep in mind that any circumstance you don’t want anymore can dissolve the moment you stop feeding it with your focus because energy is what sustains reality — so the more you obsess over the old story, the longer it sticks around. The second you redirect your attention to the new — the version of you who already has what you want — you start pulling that timeline closer.

So ask yourself: what do you want your life to look like 3 months from now? Then become the version of you who’s always there — by thinking, feeling, and acting like it — for the next 90 days. That’s how you collapse the gap between where you are and where you’re meant to be.

How many times have you had a great idea but waited too long to act on it, only to see someone else bring something similar into the world?

There’s a reason for that: all creative ideas have a shelf life. If you don’t act on them, they move on to someone who will.

The greatest artists in the world understand this concept VERY well, and that’s why their work captures the attention of millions of people. They don’t wait for the “perfect time” to execute their creative ideas—they act immediately, knowing that the inspiration is fleeting. (This is also my secret to going viral on social media btw — the reason why you see a lot of my videos getting millions of views is because I’ve learned how to be spontaneous within my content creation process and execute ideas as soon as they come to me!!)

Hesitation and overthinking kills creativity. A lot of women waste years trying to “prove” their value to a man — cooking for him, supporting him, showing him what kind of wife or mother they’d be someday. But here’s the hard truth: when a man isn’t ready, he’ll take all of that effort and still not commit. Not because you’re not enough, but because he’s not in a place to receive it.

This is where the difference between potential and readiness comes in. Potential is who someone COULD be with enough guidance, patience, or pressure, and readiness is who someone ALREADY IS TODAY — without you needing to mother, teach, or convince them.

Women get burned when they mistake potential for readiness. They think, “If I love him enough, he’ll grow into it.” But in reality, you only drain yourself — and delay the relationship you actually deserve.

It’s connected to your subconscious and the unseen, it can read energy, tone, and intention long before there are “facts” to point to — and it’ll give you those signals through your body.

I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this… if you grew up being loved with inconsistency, emotional distance, or needing to prove yourself to be worthy of affection, then your nervous system learned to confuse anxiety with connection.

You started to believe that someone’s inability to love you properly was somehow your fault and that if you could just be better, they’d finally show up.

But when you do the healing—real, nervous-system-level healing—you stop chasing the high of almost-love. You stop feeling chemistry with people who can’t meet you halfway. You stop seeing their lack of effort as a challenge, and start seeing it as what it truly is: emotional immaturity. And over time, the kind of love you used to crave feels exhausting instead of exciting.
