I’ve always enjoyed collecting furniture and objects,
from a table made from a wooden shipping crate
to vintage Nordic chairs, lighting fixtures, and more.
Over time, spontaneous doodles found their way
onto these objects,
reflecting my personal connection with the things I collect.

Through collecting and creating
directly on ready-made objects,
I’ve gradually developed a series of works
that brings art and everyday life together.

在軟裝風氣盛行的時代，自己也收藏許多家俱
從以前工作室的使用的桌子（原本是貨運的木箱）和古物的二手北歐木椅，甚至到燈飾上面
漸漸在日常生活中隨手的塗鴉
也留下自己和物件的連結提供了創作的多元可能

喜歡藉由自我的收藏
和在現成物上創作
漸漸也變成生活創作裡的系列

林彥良 Yen-Liang Lin｜把日常放進想像裡
如果日常不只是我們熟悉的樣子，
它還可以變成什麼？

對林彥良而言，生活經驗一直是創作裡重要的素材。
童年收藏、旅居經驗、動漫文化，以及早期接觸超現實主義所留下的影響，都逐漸進入他的作品之中。曾接受建築景觀專業訓練的他，也將對空間與情境的感受，轉化成畫面裡獨特的觀看方式。

他的作品常帶著一種介於真實與想像之間的氣氛。
輕柔的色彩、隨性的塗鴉筆記，還有帶著童趣的視覺元素，讓記憶與生活經驗重新排列組合，形成一個既熟悉又有些陌生的世界。

而那些被保留下來的，往往是最開心、最純粹，也最接近內心的片刻。
在這裡，日常不再只是生活的背景，而成為可以被重新想像、重新組織的創作場景。
也許，藝術與生活之間，本來就不需要太遠的距離。

Plaything Lab 玩物實驗所 - 新光三越夏日藝術季⚡️
剛好今年以玩具為主題
年初收到新光三越基金會的邀請
關於這個主題已經有很多的想像！
三年前正好是兒童繪畫比賽的評審，很巧的
今年遇上我20週年的品牌活動，因此決定參與了這個展覽計劃
整合了我從設計、插畫到藝術的作品
同時也把我從小到大一路跟著我的收藏，部分展出工作室的場景
這次難得展出近40件的原作，有首次公開的在日本創作的石版畫
以及繪本的原稿系列

非常感謝新光三越文教基金會@culture.skm 的邀請
也讓我有很大的空間，從企劃到策展
還有幫我談到飛龍 Pentel 蠟筆及原子筆的聯名限定周邊
謝謝基金會的夥伴們陪我一起玩這檔展覽

夏 Natsu

剛剛從福岡的糸島回來
海岸線的風景依舊在我腦海浮現
藍色（青い）好像是我這趟公路旅程的信物
約定好某年的夏天我還要再回來一次 🌊

Just got back from Itoshima, Fukuoka.
The coastline is still lingering in my mind.
Blue felt like the signature color of this journey.
Promise me this — one summer, I’ll return here again！

藍色對我來說不僅只是顏色
他更象徵的一種氛圍「是早晨、有濕度的、明亮輕鬆的」
當初收到這個展覽主題邀請-BLEU
畫面有了如清晨看到水珠在花朵跟葉子上含著一些水氣的空間
還有撫過的微風，宣告夏日即將來臨🌱
我命名為After Blue

「After Blue」

To me, blue is more than just a color.
It represents a certain atmosphere—
one that feels like the early morning: humid, bright, and effortlessly calm.

When I received the invitation for
the exhibition themed “BLEU,”
an image immediately came to mind:
droplets of water resting on flowers and
leaves at dawn, surrounded by a soft mist.
A gentle breeze drifts through the air,
quietly announcing the arrival of summer.🌱

第二部全新創作繪本登場-神奇的蘋果帽🍎✨

睽違三年
終於靠著意志力完成了這系列作品（哈哈）
繪本創作有別於商業的合作
除了毅力的長時間抗戰之外
還有更多需要靠靈感以及生活的經驗去體會而寫出的腳本
之前去了英國藝術駐村以及北歐一趟旅行
那些天氣與大自然的景色一直記在心裡
所以這次激發了我在配色上的想法！
延續的前一本，書裡一樣主角是Mr. Cloudy還有他的好友們
多出了很多新的角色
只是這回Cloudy 夢想犬好像長大了 🐶

從決定故事、繪本的形式、實際創作到最後的印製
也花了將近一年的時間籌備
直到印製前，我還臨時換了圖，謝謝總編輯的諒解！
一直想把心中傳遞的畫面，好好的表達出來
新書不只是在台北工作室創作而已
他曾陪我出差到各個地方去把一頁一頁繪製完成
希望收到的你們也會喜歡！相信魔法 ✨

新的一年開始，就收到了一個有趣的任務
這次兩個空間召集了40多位的創作者
來自台灣、日本、馬來西亞、香港等地

命題為Play Cat的主題主要是這兩個空間
在2021年曾經展出過日本藝術家竹久夢二的140週年特展
她的作品裡面也曾出現過不同的貓的形象
過去我也比較少畫貓為角色，更有挑戰的是
要擔起展覽的主視覺設計及周邊的延伸
開啟了與兩位空間負責人的溝通與協調

除了前置作業之外，還有整體的氛圍陳列
一處位在天母的空間、一處位在台電大樓附近
也讓一檔藝術創作展做了串門子的計劃
呈現得有趣多元也更生活化
我把展覽DM設計成入場票券，把「玩」這件事情
帶領大家進入一個貓咪療癒的世界裡
背後還設計了二處紀念的戳章
只要你們來二個空間參觀，蓋完印章
即可兌換這一次的展覽主視覺限量資料夾

雖然有一點壓力跟挑戰，但最後還是完成了
謝謝Ayano和卡密的合作邀請及信任 🤍🐈🐈‍⬛

I’m truly honored to be invited to take part in such a playful and inspiring project.
The theme, “Play Cat,” draws its inspiration from a special memory in 2021, when these two spaces once hosted the 140th Anniversary Exhibition of Japanese artist Takehisa Yumeji. In his works, cats with unique and charming forms occasionally appear, and this became the starting point of our exhibition—placing cats at the heart of the visual world.

I rarely draw cat characters in my past creations, so this project felt especially fresh and exciting to me. This time, I had the pleasure of designing the key visuals and merchandise for a joint exhibition between two spaces. There will also be a limited-edition item revealed soon, which I’m excited to share with everyone.

I also designed the exhibition flyer in the form of an entrance ticket, hoping it would guide visitors into a whimsical and lovely cat universe the moment they receive it.

My sincere thanks to the two curators for their trust and support. It’s been a joyful journey creating this playful cat world together. 🐾✨

ADIDAS ORIGINALS x Lin Yen Liang

這系列的娃娃由我一個一個設計調整及親自監製
無數的來回溝通，和數不清的打樣
而最後品牌決議留下了現在這四個版本的變異版 Cloudy 系列
每一個配件都可以穿脫，還有保留原本我設定的細節
這次帽子改良也很好穿戴了！哈哈
三葉草小夥伴們已經正式出沒在三十家門市了
台北西門經典店有Mr . Cloudy (Dodo)限定色之外還有部分陳列提案的草圖過程

很榮幸拿下了台灣第一位角色IP
與ADIDAS ORIGINALS品牌合作的創作者！
再次謝謝台灣ADIDAS的信任及機會
終於可以在這裡好好跟大家分享這批可愛孩子們
