Chili is the perfect fall recipe and I love it even more making it in an instant pot. Recipe below 👇🏻

Ingredients :
2 teaspoons olive or avocado oil
1.5-2 lbs pounds ground beef
1 onion finely diced
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
28 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
3/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper
15 ounce can kidney beans drained and rinsed
15 ounce can pinto beans drained and rinsed

Method:
In your instant pot, add the oil to the pot. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened. Add the meat and cook until browned, breaking up the beef with a spatula as you stir. Add the garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and all spices.

Turn the Instant Pot to the manual or your preferred setting and cook for 15-20 mins.

Top with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onion and enjoy. ☺️
