The amount of Japan must eats on social media is overwhelming, that it feels like a race to get to as many of the “hyped” spots as possible. I live to eat but eating without savoring isn’t really eating for me.

@tabelog_japanbylocals app makes it simple:
• Ratings are 3 and above which is considered really good plus pre-approved by locals
• Easy to navigate all in English, with real time bookings
• Information about the restaurants, plus photos of food, interior and exterior

Places we visited in chronological order:

📍Nakamura Tokichi ⭐3.45
📍Ramen Takahashi ⭐3.60
📍Hasegawa ⭐3.35
📍Unagi Irokawa ⭐3.48
📍Kushi Yokocho ⭐3.04

** Scores as of October 2026, subject to change.

📲 Comment “App” and I’ll DM you the download link to Tabelog App (it’s free!)

📩 Save this for your next trip to Japan.🇯🇵

I live to eat and some days it gets to be a burden on my wallet.

But at least I can say it’ll never be as bad as spending $50 million making a bra. 😮‍💨

In all seriousness, I appreciate everyone who has enjoyed my content. It’s been so awesome to be here making reels of my life getting to look back and reminisce.

Plus, having these memories be something that others find pleasure in watching.

Every time I feel like I’m starting to connect with ya’ll it just fuels my determination to make more. Definitely not going to stop til I’m old and wrinkling hehe. 👵🤳

P.S. Anyone notice how strange it is to name the MC Harry, Ron then hit us with HERMOINE?
