I will be doing an episode on this soon. I want to get the most knowledgeable people I can find. No one wants this type of surveillance in our city or county. Look at the flock website (last slide) acting as if they took these steps on their own to protect our privacy. What a joke. Theyread more than license plates, they store characteristics of your vehicle down to bumper stickers and geo tag your locations to see your most visited places. Courts are finding against these devices more frequently. We need to speak up. taken in Lindale, Texas by @lindalelocal

Interesting discussion around the fact that AirBnB stays are not taxed like hotels and therefore not included in the budget for our tourism division. What are your thoughts on this? AirBNB owners let’s hear from you! taken in Lindale, Texas by @lindalelocal

Every city that has these cameras you hear about misuse from law enforcement. And this one is fairly close to home! It penalizes law abiding citizens in the guise of “safety”. Police officers should do their job without the need to constantly surveil the population. I want to know who to have on to talk about this. I’m thinking a round table. I have some names of people in the know but I want more voices for this conversation. by @lindalelocal

Every business has that “what are we doing?!” moment. It’s always relatable and fun to hear those from other entrepreneurs! John mentions at one point that you can’t be scared when you own a business. But you can look back and laugh from the other side! taken in Lindale, Texas by @lindalelocal
