My hardest goodbye. Today would have been your 14th birthday — I wanted to throw you a party but life happened. I’m glad I got to spoil you with all the snackies, cuddles and stuffed toys for you to tear apart- where everyday felt like a special day. I didn’t know you for very long but the couple years we spent together, I knew instantly we were kindred spirits when I saw your affinity for food & napping.

I’ve never bonded so close to a pet and never felt so much loyalty and love before so you’ve definitely set the standard high. No other will ever compare to you ❤️🥺

I think of you everyday and wish the three of us were in the car driving to your favorite park for a picnic. I’m holding onto that memory until we see each other again.

There’s so much more I want to say, but to simply put it— you were the best pup.
